With his new project entitled Bit Leaves, the Japanese artist Baku Maeda, based in Sapporo, is having fun disturbing the gentle and soft shapes of nature by creating square flowers and plants, like unlikely geometric shapes arising in the fields, gardens or even ponds. We already talked about Baku Maeda with his previous project Ribbonesia.
