2015-08-14 // art design

The beautiful ceramic sculptures of British artist Tamsin van Essen, who uses an alternation of black layers and white layers to create structures, which she then partially destroys with a sandblaster, simulating within hours the erosion and effects of time, which naturally would take thousands of years.
