Feel-O-Meter – A giant emoticone that reflects the mood of the city
The “Feel-O-Meter” is a giant smiley installed on the island of Lindau, Germany. An art installation that uses facial recognition cameras that scan the faces of nearby people to show “overall mood” of the city. Created by Julius von Bismarck, Benjamin Maus and Richard Wilhelmer.
