Is it an art to contemplate art?

A selection of the creations by artist Karin Jurick, who for her Museum Patrons project decided to pay tribute to the most famous paintings through their spectators. By painting the museum visitors immersed in the contemplation of masterpieces of Georges Seurat, Picasso, Edward Hopper, Monet or Van Gogh, Karin Jurick is interested in our way of looking at art, and in the bodily attitudes that result. Is it an art to contemplate art?
