Morske Orgulje – A marine organ which plays music with the sea and waves

Here is the Morske Orgulje, an amazing sea organ that perpetually plays music with the sea, varying sounds with the waves, currents and tides. This perennial art installation, located in Zadar in Croatia, was designed in 2005 by architect Nikola Basic as an acoustic jetty, where walkers can admire the sea while listening to the sounds of the waves mingle with the organ melodies. The poetic sounds of the Morske orgulje, 70 meters long, are produced by 35 polyethylene tubes of varying size, which are filled with water with the waves, ejecting the air through whistles. I love it!
