Pixel Hearts – When 100 artists pay tribute to the famous video games

For the Pixel Hearts group exhibition, American gallery Gallery 1988 in Los Angeles asked to more than 100 artists to pay tribute to the cult video games by designing their own version of a pixelated heart. From Street Fighter to Mario through Zelda, Metroid, Sonic, Mortal Kombat, Skyrim, Bioshock and many other video games, this exhibition is a tribute to all those games that left a mark in the childhood of many artists. The exhibition Pixel Hearts is visible until February 20, 2016.
