These beautiful geodes are made of sugar and chocolate

After the Rubik’s Cake by Cedric Grolet we were talking about a few days ago, here are the incredible edible geodes of Alex Yeatts and Abby Lee Wilcox! These two students of the Culinary Institute of America of New York have succeeded in reproducing geodes with great realism, these rock cavities filled with crystals. Some amazing creations simply made of chocolate and colored sugar. I just love it.
