“HD 1080P IR Night Vision Waterproof DVR Spy Watch 4GB” (Etronixmart) behind this barbaric name hides a watch, which has 4GB of memory, which is waterproof, and above all can film in HD 1080 and night vision with IR (infrared) sensors !
In practice, the sensor is tiny, so the video quality is not amazing, but looking to the size and the prize of the gadget, it is honorable (like a smart phone camera). To start the video capture, just press one button. A small light flashes for a few moment and then disappears to guarantee total discretion… Pressing another button for two seconds, you start the IR light (infrared), which will be captured by the camera of the watch. Yes, you are now in night vision mode. Necessarily the scope of the infrared is not very big, but it’s pretty funny, especially when shooting faces, which immediately reach the look of horror movies and zombies…
The watch comes with an AC adapter and USB cable, and a small weather cap to hide the microphone when you go to film under water ;)
In short, the quality is not huge, but given the price ($59), it is quite correct and really funny !
