Powered Jacket MK3 – A Japanese Exoskeleton

Here is the “Powered Jacket MK3“, announced as the first Japanese exoskeleton or “power suit” intended to be marketed. Presented in a strange video demonstration led by “Scarface Santaro” (WTF?) And supported by a girl dressed as a schoolgirl (WTF?), This gadget made of carbon fiber and aluminum designed by Sagawa Electronics has mobile arms and legs able to respond to the movements of the user. Announced with a price of € 120,000, this 25kg and 2.25 meters high exoskeleton looks pretty cheap and not very robust, making it an expensive toy for rich eccentric!
