Reality Editor – Controlling physical objects with a simple virtual interface

2015-12-14 // gadget tech

Reality Editor is an innovative project that seeks to add virtual interfaces on physical objects, to control them remotely from a smartphone or a tablet. This futuristic project was designed by Fluid Interfaces, a research department of MIT, and operates through a new version of QR codes. This platform will detect objects in space, display interfaces with augmented reality, activate their features, or even create links between them, like a lamp and a switch for example. An awesome concept!
