A butcher of human meat in London? No, England has not legalized cannibalism. This strange and disturbing butcher of human flesh was installed by Capcom in Smithfield’s Meat Market to promote the new Resident Evil 6 zombie video game. These “sculptures” in meat has been produced in collaboration with the culinary artist Sharon Baker.
