Jazz Portraits – Greg Guillemin unveils 60 portraits for the Montreux Jazz Festival

2016-04-22 // art illustration music

The talented French artist Greg Guillemin, made famous by his awesome Secret Life of Heroes series, that I strongly urge you to watch here: part I / part II / part III, has unveiled 60 portraits for the 50th edition of the Montreux Jazz Festival! A beautiful series of pop and colorful creations in which he pays tribute to the musicians, from Lana Del Rey to Muse through Future, Slayer, Deep Purple, ZZ Top, Nekfeu and many others. Before Greg Guillemin, many famous artists have collaborated on the posters of the festival, as Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, Niki de Saint Phalle or even musicians like David Bowie and Phil Collins.
