9 Eyes – When an artist is doing street photography with Google Street View

The 9-Eyes project by Canadian photographer and artist Jon Rafman, who explores the dark recesses of Google Street View, capturing strange and surrealist scenes, or even sometimes violent, using the codes of street photography. Like a virtual safari, the 9-Eyes series refers to the 360-degree cameras used by Google to create its Street Views. We already talked about the work of Jon Rafman with his previous series You Are Standing in an Open Field. Various works of the artist are currently on display at the Biennale de Lyon.
