Fukushima No Go Zone – Former residents are back to pose in their devastated cities

Fukushima No Go Zone – Retracing Our Steps is a touching a series of photographs in which the former inhabitants of the nuclear exclusion zone of Fukushima are back to pose in their former workplaces, now forbidden because of radioactivity. Some moving and powerful images taken in Japan by the two French photographers Carlos Ayesta and Guillaume Bression, who brought together all of their projects about Fukushima on their Fukushima No Go Zone website. We already talked about them with their previous series entitled Bad dreams?. I also invite you to discover the work of photographer Arkadiusz Podniesinski and his impressive photos from the nuclear exclusion zone of Fukushima.
