Paper Time Machine – Colorizing the construction of famous monuments

2016-04-06 // photography

The Paper Time Machine project aims to colorize the old black and white photographs documenting the construction of famous monuments around the world, from the Eiffel Tower to the Golden Gate through the Statue of Liberty or the Mount Rushmore! This amazing project was born from a collaboration between Wolfgang Wild from Retronaut and Jordan Lloyd from Dynamichrome, now working on the publishing of their book The Paper Time Machine thanks to crowdfunding, bringing together 130 colorized photographs arranged chronologically. An impressive work of documentation and colorization!
