“Manga Camera” is a pretty funny japanese iPhone app (and especially free!) That lets you turn anything and anyone into manga, with 32 different frames. Choose a “frame”, take a picture, and the application merges and transforms everything in black and white like a manga! The result is pretty awesome if you are lucky!
